Yes! All potential students are allowed 1 trial class. Simply fill out the registration form and purchase a trial class card from the administration office for $10. PLEASE COME 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE CLASS BEGINS HIP HOP STUDENTS: PLEASE COME 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE CLASS BEGINS WITH CLEAN SNEAKERS (NOT FROM THE STREET)!!! Shin Dance has an academic & recreational program. The academic program begins in September and consists of a 10 month academic schedule. Recreational programs are on-going and enrollment can begin at anytime, as long as space is still available. New classes are occassionally added, so please check the schedule, from time to time. Registration fee is $25. for the first year and $10. re-enrollment every year thereafter, as long there is no drop-off during any year. |

Shin Dance Academy takes great pride in providing the best dance education possible. When a student misses class, he or she will fall behind in the continuity of the training. It is extremely disruptive to the instructors, students and staff if a student must miss class. If a student misses class, than the student must receive a make-up class card from the front desk 10 minutes prior to the make-up class. Make-up classes can not be made in the same enrolled classes. If the appropriate class level is not available for make-up, then the student must go to a lower level class. If the classes are not made-up within 30 days then the classes are forfeited. NO CREDITS or REFUNDS will be given for classes not made-up. Yes! Ballet / Chinese: Pink ballet slippers, pink tights, color of leotard dependent on class level. Hair must be secured in a tight, neat hair-bun. Skirt is optional. Ballet-Pre, Ballet 1 Pink Leotard Ballet 2 Baby Blue Leotard Ballet 3 / Chinese 3 Navy Blue Leotard Ballet 4 / Chinese 4 Black Leotard Hip Hop Fitted T-shirt or tank (any color), any color workout shorts or pants (no jeans), and dance sneakers required. Hair must be worn back. NO DIRTY SHOES FROM THE STREET ARE ALLOWED! Ballet slippers, Pointe shoes, Jazz shoes, Modern dance paws, Jazz sneakers, Tap shoes, and CLEAN sneakers for Hip-Hop may be worn inside the studio. NO STREET SHOES are allowed in the studio at any time. Dirt, oil and small stones damage the floor and create injury. All street shoes can be placed in the shoe rack inside the studio. Do not place shoes in the Baggage console are due to dirt from the shoes. We understand that parents, relatives and friends want memories of their family members. We do offer certain rehearsals and performances where families can record history. We also provide a photo gallery where individuals may purchase pictures from our annual performances. We ask that there is NO VIDEO during the regular class schedules due to instructors privacy and any liabilities. STILL PICTURES are allowed, except during annual performances. All recorded material taken by Shin Dance Academy,Inc. is fully copywrited and has permission to be used for any and all promotional purposes. All rights reserved. Single class tuition is the retail price for all classes. Students taking less then 3 classes per month is considered single class tuition. Late fees do not apply to Single Class Tuition.
Monthly tuition is the 'Discount Rate'. Discounts are calculated by the number of hours a student attends per week. More hours per week; more discount. Monthly tuition is always paid by the 1st of each month. Late fees apply after the 6th of the month!
Shin Dance has made it convenient to pay online through the 'customer portal', Auto-Pay or simply visiting the administration office to pay by check or cash. |
